* Silencer: Transferred Glaive of Wisdom's secondary effect of +1/-1 Intelligence from hero kills to Last Word. If an enemy hero dies under the Last Word effect, that hero will lose 1 intelligence and you will gain 1 intelligence.
* Silencer: Increased Last Word AoE from 700 to 900
* Rebalanced Curse of the Silent from 10/20/30/40 HP and 5/10/15/20 mana per second for 10 seconds to 50 HP and 25 mana for 2/4/6/8 seconds.
* Sniper: Increased Take Aim range from 55/110/165/220 to 65/130/195/260
* Spectre: Decreased Spectral Dagger cooldown from 25 to 16 seconds

* Aghanim's Scepter (Queen of Pain): Restored original cooldown improvement
* Aghanim's Scepter (Shadow Shaman): Undid part of the nerf on Mass Serpent Wards. It now gives +3 (up 1 from 6.60, down 1 from 6.59d)
* Buriza-Do Kyanon: Improved the critical value from 2.2x to 2.4x
* Helm of Dominator: Converted creeps now gain the Resistant Skin ability, making spells duration on them the same as heroes or Spirit Bear.
* Quelling Blade: Minor reduction to bonus damage (36->32)

* Gem of Truesight: Changed hotkey from T to I to help against some common misbuys
* Increased the transparency a little more for the Circle Of Powers that aren't yours.

6.60 sucks...most people don't use it specially here in our place...
...in v6.61 the skills oF nEw hEro's mUst have mEaning so we wiLl know the daMage of thEre skills ... and the items it must be LVL.1 LVL.2 LVL.3 n LVL.4 shops ... can you arrange it??
6.60 grt map,i hope in 6.61..juz balance the tauren skill n juz fix bug..
me and my team agreed that...
-Tauren Chieftain's base movespeed should be nerfed.
-Ancestral Spirit's cast range be nerfed.
-Sticky Napalm should not increase Radiance's Immolation damage.
-Aghanim improved Nether Swap and Hand of God should be nerfed.

i think that stun skill for TC should have a much shorter casting time. doesnt mtr if the length of stun is reduced so long above 3 secs. Point is TC needs some balancing as some skills r too good( ancestral spirit)need nerfing, and some skills need to b buffed
The biggest nerf that is needed is Enchant... She is too imba. 80 hp a sec. 80% reduce att speed. 15% pure dmg... wtf Change it!!

lol wth is with those crap balance heroes, i see my friends using lina, lion, lich, es and cm. They have very good teamwork and they sweep the living out of the other group which are mostly str heroes like centuar, axe and .....

Viper is too imba,no question about it,as was Tauren though i see he's nerfed in 6.61,which is good.No other complaints...

i just wanna say that batrider's base damage is high...a reduce of 5-15 damage would be good...but still he isnt any problem...just saying for balancing heroes..

its all ok .. but why in 6.60 the rootfellens Eyes in the Forest spell couldnt be casted on a tree like before ?!

I always had the idea of RIKIMARU's ultimate to drain 1 mana per second, and need mana to work.
So say if he gets drained to 0 mna his ulti wudnt work and it wudnt go up cus it wud drain the mana gain by 1 per sec unless he had + mana reg
I think there might be a bug with the new watchers. They managed to silence me as well as any enemies in the AoE. Just something to look out for.

im fine with the map its wonderful, teamwork is key for dota. jsut one question when you guys made nethertoxin for just enemy units it means it no longer works on enemy players correct? if anyoen can awenser that, it would clear my mind up XD

Tauren's 5 second stun is balanced cuz u can't attack that unit unless U want to awake it. I also found a few bugs on syllabear. Manta style cancel's rabid. I u cast rabid just as U get back smaller U don't get back to big size but still have rabid...
If there is ANY HERO SKILL that needs nerfing in this game its Stealth Assassin's Smoke Screen ability. I've seen games single handedly won because of that one move. His invis is nothing, he could not have it at all and still be great in team fights. That cloud is just too ridiculous.

in 6.61 if you destroy fountain before opening any mega you won't be able to complete a game it seems tried it using sniper with his 810 range :)

a new hero with a global stun..hhmm..a good idea..whatabout a new hero with a global darkness..as in darkness that u cant see the map in few seconds..bhahaha..i think those guys will come up with that..well, anything will do..i just love dota..more power!!!
Tauren Chieftain's 'stun' sucks cuz even though you don't attack him creeps towers n spells can still get that hero n he won't awake. also 5 seconds is too long for anything. combo with heroes like sand kigk who don't need to attack is gay. nerf that thing. also i know casting time is to cancel it but the range is too high also we don't know where he is so we can't stun anyway
i like these changes. much better... there is no hero i can honetsly say needs to be nerfed at this point. maybe undying/necro, but they're fine.

Batrider doesn't activate Techies Mines ... it's the only Hero in Game ... plz fix that "bug".

i've lost many games because of your so called "imba" but it doesn't matter and do you see me complaining? you just need practice and teamwork and you can beat the hell out of your opponents.
