Ogre is so nerfed now that nearly no one uses it. A slighy stronger fireblast and/or a better ignite slow could work.

make new creeps for scourge and sentitels, maybe some skeleton orcs for scourge and something like orc grunts, I won't complain just make a change, they are boring, and make more buffs for heroes that uses scepter, exemple Lion has buffs but Void none etc., and maybe a cool new hero that uses the Frost Wyrm model but black like Nevermore :D.

First is gem should be droppable, duh! Imagine clinks without windwalk. Simple centaur stun, a few hits then DE hes dead. He is damn paper and take then you wanna take away his escape skill? Its just like giving dagon with charges. Sure you have MS but speed isnt much to be scared off but with invi, you can fool troll and just WW,run WW run and it can go through the forest.
Second is its true that alchem is killer hero. Use the right build. Best moneymaker next to SK and KotL. I recom battle fury cuz hes gob greed with acid spray earns you radiance after 10-20 minutes or so depending on free lanes or farm places.
I wanna make suggestions too.
1- I agree with sword of truth or any item that kills illu. Naga is Imba with manta and so is phant lance.
2-AS rune is cool too. Effective for game.

fix when Witch Doctor uses his ulti that he can move around freely with out shuting down his ulti :) for example

and remove Alchemist , and put in something like Priest or Cleric , that will heal other players for example :)

2. Healing Wawe
lvl 1: heals 50 jumps 4 times

3. Drain HP (drains enemy's hp) like Mana Drain (lion)
lvl 1: drains 24 hp/s

Lasts when you move or enemy's hero gets out of range.
Best played with stunners
4. Ulti: (you decide the name) example: Master Heal
lvl 1: Heals 25 % heroes hp

I couldnt agree more alch is an imba hero early mid and late game, it depends on his item built, alch is like the Rockefeller of Dota. think about it. 15 min radiance? 12 min battle fury? 8 min vanguard? u can do any of those even in less time doing the right skill built and item built

There is already an undroppable gem in the game. It's called the Necronomicon. The melee unit has truesight.

Um these are just kind of a list i made in my mind about how to improve dota so yea
1) Aganim for all heroes(atleast those that arent passive like PotM and Ogre
2) Recheck some hero main attributes(like sand king and ES, most people make them intel heroes nowadays cos their hp simply sucks)
3)I kind of think EoS is a biiit overpriced? maybe take off the recipe cost?
4)IMPORTANT: MAKE COST OF MKB HIGHER SO BUTTERFLY ISNT SO USELESS ANYMORE!!! True strike really makes bfly pointless and mkb is annoyingly cheap
5)Maybe you could reassess the mega creeps, make it such that when all 3 lanes are mega, super creeps immediately spawn? it'll be fun to watch and plausible since 99.9% certain win once 3-ple lane mega.
6) make juggernaut's healing ward move faster, or invulnerable and immobile; either would be great cos the current one is sufferably slow and vulnerable makin it kind of pointless
7)LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANT!!!!!!
Create something called God Mode if a player kills lets say 50 in a row(very hard but possible, seen before) then give him the ability to destroy any building immediately except throne/worldtree! then he can destroy the opponent's well!!!! oh and anyone who manages such a score would probably be near ending anyway so the well would be just to WAHAHAHAHAH EVILLLLL the oppponents :DDD

Troll = remake the third magic it's not worth it.
Mortred = Reduce the Critical . Increase Dagger Time.
Items
Bash = Increase the chance.
Manta = Reduce Mana coast .
Dagon = Reduce the level up cost .
Heart = Increase the Hp or the Strentgh
New Hereo/s
I suggest To make a new assist hero with the abillity's
1- Empale Stun
2- The Abillity to Block 1 magic every specific time
3- Aura Armor
4- The Abillity to Steal an Item depends on it's gold as example
level 1 ---- Steals item from an Enemy hero that is less than 500 gold .
level 2 ---- steals an item from enemy that it's less than 750 gold ..
Etc...
I hope my idea's arent too bad and not ignored ..

well i am a big fan of dota i want u guys to reduces the cooldown of shmans snakes or in your language reduce the cooldown of shamans ultimate ablitiy and one more thing why sepcter does not incerase the numbers of snakes kindly make improvments in shamn ablities

dota's grow is too slow either, like, ex: dota still have many type/model's of hero, but they didn't created new hero yet,the models of hero like: treant,indigo,thrall,grunt,footman,murlock,gollem's,& many more, so dota is to slow for making hero.
well, why don't ya make a new mode like, "cheap item's" or "expensive item's", it can make more fun doesn't it? or like to make more money or exp when creep is death?.
anyway, im a gamer of dota and please, make new mode to make more fun.

Gem undroppable, not a bad idea. I have 2 suggestions
1)Gem of true sight, 400G, it is only activated after you use it. It lasts 300 Seconds and disappear after that. And still has the main function : True Sight
or
2)Gem of true sight, 800G, it is drop able, but you can upgrade it with a recipe for 400G. Can be upgraded up to about 5 Charges. Each upgrade grants +2 armor. And if you run out of charges, you drop it.
And if possible, change Gondar's appearance into some kind of ninja looking guy. He'll be awesome. LOL.

These are common worst ideas, that you will be able to notice them now and then.
- Pendant of spell immunity.

My suggestion is,
If you can kiLL one hero there should be a text above your hero saying GodLike (if your GodLike)
Example:
You wiLL be Killing Spree by Killing one hero!
Then you kiLL one!
A KILLING SPREE TEXT SHOULD BE ABOVE YOUR HERO! :D

i think the only way to solve the gem thingy is to make it an active item..when activate its consume 20 mana/second. and its usable until your mana runs out.

ALchemist is pretty shitty, you should do something about him. ALl those people saying gem should be undroppable, you are all noobs that don't know how to use guys like Gondar an Riki so you're scared you'll spend money on gems and not other items cuz you keep getting ass raped when an actual dota player comes along. Gem is good as it is, and a good team can keep the gem on their side and kill the invis, even with sentries.
And guys, stop saying "I want a hero like (blah blah blah)". If there's a hero already in the game like that, then there's no point in making another one. Look at the new Ancient Apparition and Murloc Nightcrawler. They're so radically different from what we've seen before. Well, ancient apparition is a little familiar ish, but even he has an awesome new concept to his Ultimate. So yeah, stop saying you want heroes like lich king or sniper. Cheers Ice Frog!
Those people who says that rikimaru will be no use if gem is undroppable are stupid....Explanation:Invisibility only grants riki to invisible it doesn't have +5 damage or + armor blablabla....riki's ulti was just for invi.Riki and mirana have invi on their ulti but mirana dont need invi alot just like riki.Invi was just for spying.....
