Actually icefrog could not think of any new heroes to add for the version 6.70 already, that's why he decided not to add icarus in 6.69.
If you notice, in all the previous version of 6.x9, the hidden quest's BOSS, will be the new hero for the next version.
Let say 6.49, hidden quest is the invoker, then 6.50, new hero invoker is released.
in 6.59, tauren is the hidden quest's boss, and in 6.60, tauren was released.
Therefore now, in 6.69, i'm pretty sure the hidden quest will have some kind of icarus-like BOSS, and icarus will be released in 6.70 then.
Unless if the hidden-quest's BOSS is not icarus, then maybe you can expect for 2 new heroes in 6.70 =)

In 6.69, The quest place will be the one of the Hotspots of team clashes between the two teams,[Sentinel and the Scourge]. The game will be so intense fighting between champions versus Champions, good luck kids.

Techies serious bug. When you get all skills including stat, you'll lose stasis trap because of the other side-skill, focused detonate. When you get aghanim's, remote mine will be replaced by stasis trap. no more ss for you. This sucks.

Sir i would like to report that Golbin Techies has a bug in dota 6.69. If you put attributes and you have all his skills his ultimate skill/ 4th skill will lost.

there is something wrong with techies... u cant plant remote mines when u reach lvl 15. the bonus atribute is in the place of the remote mine
