Imbalanced hero.
I have to say that this hero is already balanced right off the bat. He does not have any escape mechanism, his sigil is easy to kill. The cooldown of snowball and sigil are long enough. Once disabled/silenced, this hero is easy to kill. You just need to disable him so that he’ll not be able to attack/use his ulti.
way too imba. I mean even without his ulti he is "good", but with his ulti which can easily do around 700 damage, its just not right on a STR hero when it has 14 second delay and costs so little mana....so IMBA
the 3rd skill is so imba, match it with shivas guard..enemy heroes cant hardly attack anymore..
His ulti damage seems to be physical so with armour it reduces.. so i guess he aint too powerful.. he's way balanced..

its not unbalanced u noobs. heroes are made for different stages of game. tuskarr is early-mid game hero. late game against the carries he just die cuz carries will have bkb. heroes like centaur also own him up cuz he cant kill them with his shit abil damage. centaur at lvl 6 has 1k hp. tuskars damage will be about 600ish after using all his spells. also tuskar is like kunkka when it comes to hp easy to kill.
IMBA??? dont make me laugh...u all juz need to use bkb...then its all over for him...no stun, no slow.......also if he is silence, he will running crying to find his allies...
i would prefer the snowball to be cast in land to be as escape matter of tuskarr ! =) that would be fun ! =)

True, frozen sigil is > than shiva but your forgetting the 50 sec cd ( or is it 40) and it can easily be one shotted by drow's arrow or any range hero, even if he control's it.
and the 14-18 sec cd on his ult is to compenstate for the 40 sec cd on snowball and 50 on sigil, every hero owns at a certian stage of a game, eg huskar early game. late game .. have you ever invested in a bkb ?
If he does get nerfed, it will encourage more team play, the snowball is a great initiation for a melee based team, just think you dont even need blink dagger on that ES anymore... huskar + this dude is epic combo, snowball, huskar ulti, tuskar ulti. Thuskar is the new combo of dota!!

I think Tuskar is VERY IMBA bcoz..
FIRST..if you compare his ultimate's cooldown,manacost and its damage with another instant ultimate such Lion,Lina etc(that owning early game) you can find the different bout damage ,cooldown and manacost,even Ogre Magi's Multi Cast (in passive form) can't be like Walrus punch..
Why? Finger of Death dealt massive damage,but have long cooldown and high manacost (same like Lina's Laguna Blade,long cooldown and high manacost)-->it means BALANCED..
Multi Cast dealt massive damage too,but in "passive form" so it's about CHANCE-->it means BALANCED
another say-->if tuskar IMBA,so tiny IMBA too..is that teory true? I don't think so..
let see..tiny's combo doesn't like tuskar combo,why? you need kelen dagger's of escape to do combo like tuskar does(or you get the Invisibility rune) and in EARLY GAME (0-10 minutes) it's nearly impossible Tiny get Kelen in 0-10 minutes (we can predict Tiny is Lvl 6 or 7 in 10 minutes,depends on lane he farm,soloing or not) but how about TUSKAR ?? in 0-10 minutes he don't need kelen (2150 gold cost) to do EXTREME HUGE COMBO,just ice shard,snowball(with nearby allied heroes) and ended with ultimate..so in first point,Tuskar is IMBA,but Lion,Lina,Ogre Magi,Tiny is Balanced(4 example heroes that pawned early-mid game)
SECOND..if you compare with Instant Blink Combo such as Magnus,Akasa,Sandking etc that can DO their powerful combo WITHOUT kelen in Early-Mid game,with Tuskar Blink Combo..you can find Tuskar is IMBA..
Why? bcoz every 40 seconds,Tuskar will do the FUNTASTIC combo(don't required kelen,just nearby allies)so in 10 minutes,don't be suprised if Tuskar's team is owning..
How 'bout Magnus combo? Akasa? Sandking? can in <40 seconds (in >20 minutes) they make the TERROR in lane with their combo?? the Tuskar with nearby allies is MORE terrifying than Magnus/Akasa/Sandking's Blink Combo (in EARLY game,without KELEN)
so..Magnus,Akasa or Sandking is Balanced (don't weak i mean) and Tuskar is IMBA (too powerful)

This hero, i can say is balanced, because it lies in your hand how to play it.Neither good or bad, partey partey.Noob people just say its imba because ,of course, it's a new hero then they found out a combo using Tuskarr with an SS of low manacost and cooldown. There is hundred of heroes in DotA yah know in which there are heroes that can counter Tuskarr.Always remember "There's no IMBA hero for Pro-gamers".

IMBA!? i think it depends on how you play him.he is a good killer but at the same time, he is also a good target for silencing heroes like traxex and doom. lycanthrope will also
be a hard enemy since he won't be slowed while he is in shape shift.
He's not imba, his ss only deal 2.5x critical to heroes above 50% hp 4x to hero below 50% hp, is that imba? read first the skill description before you comment!!!!!
