DotA 6.72 Map Download (Released!)

DotA 6.72 is going to be the next map of IceFrog's DotA series. In the recent versions, there were many new heroes introduced as well as few items. DotA 6.72 is likely to be another balance patch like DotA 6.71. IceFrog may introduce some items and gameplay changes from community suggestions.

Update #2: Meepo Aghanim's Upgrade (13th April 2011):

IceFrog has shared an image of Dota 6.72 Beta on his PlayDota profile page. In this image we can see Geomancer ultimate is having a bug which allows him to carry more than one Aghanim Scepters ultimate upgrades.

Nice to see Meepo getting his ultimate buffed in this patch. We hope that others hero do get balanced/buffed as well.

Update #1: 6.72 Feedback by IceFrog (17th Feb 2011):

IceFrog asks for suggestions for upcoming DotA 6.72 in his blog post.

6.72 development is going well. I'd like to know what you guys hope to see in it or other upcoming versions. You can share your thoughts by commenting through the blog or sending me an email.

DotA is almost reaching the maximum map size limit of Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne which is 8MB. The last v6.71 was 7.33MB so, it probably means that IceFrog may release couple versions more with new content before DotA 2 goes live.
