Rubick is an incredible addition in DotA which almost surprised the players by its high amplitude and an ability which is still debatable whether its stable or unstable. Well, we won't put our self in this debate, in fact we are now providing a list of abilities which can not be stolen by Rubick. Actually, some of these abilities are useless to steal but not all. We hope that the balance debate of Rubick should be over after some time and it will be included in stable versions.
List Of Spells/Abilities which Rubick can not steal:

passive skills??
Just out of curiosity,
Is it possible to just hot key the certain spell to prevent the spells with similiar hot keys? I don't know if that is possible, just a suggestion...

what about requiem? does it work? I mean i stole sf's requiem and i used it, it has effects but im not sure if it have damage.
Yes, it is Imba this hero, because of his small cd for ultymate.
So on lvl 11, his ulty has 18 sec cd, and now in a one-minute-fight he could actually use 3 enemy-spells + his own spells..
Let's say if he use Magnus's, Roof's and Enigma's ulty... in one single fight.. from one single hero...
THAT's really bad !

HE IS A NONSENSE HERO! HIS SKILLS ARE STRONG, ITS JUST HIS SKILL DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONNECTION WITH HIS OTHER SKILL. THERE'S NO COMBO WITH HIS SKILL, AND THERES NO CONTRADICTORY ON HIS SKIL(ex. repel and purification), HIS SKILLS ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO EACH OTHER, TO THE POINT THAT IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE ANYMORE. please change his skills

rubick is fine as he is...that's what all of you said when phoenix and tuskarr came...or when eredar, io, gyrocopter, far seer, slark and ancient apparition came

I would like to see Rubick's ultimate to be improved by Scepter, so that he will be able to steal allies ulti and improve stolen ultimates with Scepter.
His father made the Scepter, after all. It would be right for him to use it.
And I end with a question. Does he improve the stolen ultimates with Scepter on 6.72b?

This hero very cool, in fact, he can even perfectly copy chronosphere, requiem, and other skills with aghanim's... (if the enemy hero have aghanim's scepter)
One of the best counter hero ever! And it can even trap enemies permanently in cracks or in the middle of the trees. LOL. He's like way better than Furion. xD
