DotA v6.74 Map News and Updates. In the previous DotA 6.73 release, IceFrog introduced new heroes, items and other important changes which significantly affected the metagame. Now the DotA developer will probably be focusing on bringing some balance tweaks to the new heroes/items instead of adding more new stuff. So basically, DotA 6.74 will be more like a balance map.
Final Update (10 March, 2012):
The DotA 6.74 map has been officially released.
Update #1 by IceFrog (29 Feb, 2012):
In this update, IceFrog's gives us an insight about the upcoming patch confirming it to be a balance/stable map. He also tells us that the new content will be introduced in Dota 6.75.
Whatever changes IceFrog makes in DotA 6.74, we hope he releases the new map soon unlike v6.73 which took almost a half year to release. The community is not habitual to wait such longer period of time. Currently, there is only 1 update(s) regarding the 6.74, we will edit this page frequently with the news in the near future. In the meantime, you can share your suggestions for the upcoming patch via comment form below.

*What i would like to see in later versions* :
- New hero : rogueish hard carry hero like mort and riki.
- Shredder rework : i wish chakram wouldnt disable his attack , maybe halve it or something.
And maybe add sub ability to the tree hook spell , which devours an tree and can launch it at distance. That would ensure pure dmg from spells and precise hooking.
-New Mjollnir like items with proc. Maybe soemthing that proces with minor aoe healing.
How i imagen the usage of some wc3 models.
- Frostwyrm ( str range cc'ing tank
- Gryphon rider( high single target damage , has arrowlike hammerthrow skillshot)
- lava spawn ( sneaky nuker ganker),
- rider ( mobile high hitting hard carry) , acolyte(psychic tricky int hero).
- Grunt! you gotta add grunt : PP

My suggestion
how about 2 different wolf for Lycan
1 wolf have skills for damage(passive skill)
1 wolf have skills for support(passive skill)
both have the invi= =
clorkwerk 2nd skill follow the terrain and new look maybe= =
new hero=treant(sentinel melee creep)
1st skill=give out a tangle like sylabear entangle for 1s for 250 damge max and like nevermore have many distance(dont know name)
2nd skill:nature armor
eat tree to increase armor and regen
3rd skill:no idea for name
mark a tree then charge to it
can walk through tree in during this skill
ulti:tree throw
use the nearest tree and throw it for a aoe stun and damage

Make frosy wyrm
1.st spell:ice blast deals 280 dmhg and slows by 25% for 3 sec
2.spell ice path:When activated any enemy who runs behind frost wyrm shall be slowed by 40%
3.Freezing shot When ever frost wyrm atcks some one there is 50% chance that it will freeze enemy for 1.5 sec
ULTI. Blizzard Its a global spell on all map a blizzard will start for 15 sec and will slow anyone for 5% and the freezing air will deal 25 dmg per second and regeneration for HP would stop and 50% slower mana regeneration.
